Manuel’s covered all four corners of the world to ensure that you get a good square meal. From America to Zanzibar, he’s found the best dishes, and fused them with his unique Portuguese flavour.

From sailors who refused to believe the world was flat and where willing to venture off the end to prove it, to modern day pioneers, exploration has always been part of the Portuguese way of life. Manuel is one of these contemporary explorers and has made our restaurant what it is today. And although he regularly introduces us to new customs, cultures, tastes and flavours, one thing will always remain constant – the heart of BRAZA itself – our open flame, Mozambican style, giant grill. Braza is situated in the heart of St.Lucia’s Georgiou Centre and is in walking distance from all of St.Lucia’s top B&B’s, Lodges and self catering accommodation.

Braza, St.Lucia offers seating for 150 guests at 40 tables. Spacious interior and exterior seating can accommodate large groups with 20 pax + and offers specials for tour guides.
