This large luxury self catering home with it's very peaceful & tranquil setting will ensure your complete comfort, privacy & relaxation. It is situated in the natural unspoilt beauty of St Lucia & forms part of The iSimangaliso Wetland Park (previously known as The Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park). It is a declared World Heritage Site. The area is a delight for nature lovers of all ages as well as for fishermen & for those who just want quality "time out" in this naturally beautiful area abundant in wildlife, birdlife & sheer scenic beauty.

The home is indeed spacious with 6 large double bedrooms sleeping 12/14 with an additional granny flat that sleeps 2 (making the total of 14). There are 4 and a half (5 and a half if you include the granny flat) bathrooms, including a guest cloakroom. Each of the 6 bedrooms has either a queen sized bed or 2 single beds, air conditioning, bar fridge, colour television with full DStv service plus a hairdryer. Some bedrooms have en-suite facilities whilst others share large full bathrooms complete with shower, bath plus hand held shower & toilet. Some have garden views & some have sliding doors leading out to the pool & private patios.

Digital safes are provided. The home is serviced daily by our wonderful permanent Housekeeper (weekends & public holidays included) & this is included in our Tariff. A laundry service is available upon request. Staff accommodation can also be provided on the premises, should you wish to bring along your own staff member. The home features a large, fully fitted & completely equipped kitchen with double eye-level oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, chest freezer & microwave ovens. There are lovely, very comfortable & spacious lounge areas, dining areas & general living areas. A full DStv service is provided.

The home is fitted with a full security system & the perimeters of the property have security lighting. There are covered parking garages, secure off road parking for up to 8 vehicles plus a dedicated covered boathouse & fish cleaning areas. The property is completely walled & gated and has a private tropical garden, plunge pool, private patios & braai facilities.

We are completely Pet Friendly too! Please bring along your much loved family pets (they're very welcome!). Please ensure their vaccinations are up to date (including Rabies), that they are free from fleas & ticks and please bring their own bedding and feeding dishes. There are no resident pets on the property but due consideration should be given to the local wildlife & birdlife in & around the property. There are wonderful forest, estuarine & beach walks within easy access. We are situated 1 block away from the start of the KZN forests with their wonderful walking trails. The estuary & all the beaches of St Lucia are only 1 to 2kms away. Other activities include Birding (on our doorstep); Game Viewing (the main entrance to The Cape Vidal Nature & Marine Reserve 2kms & The Umfolozi Hluhluwe Game Reserve 50kms away); Boat Cruises to view Hippo's & Crocodiles 3kms; Fly, Surf & Deep Sea Fishing 3kms; Cultural Villages & Zulu Dancing 3kms; Golf at Monzi 11kms and Seasonal Whale Watching & Turtle Tours 3kms away. The entire home is Wheelchair Friendly so making it really suitable for our disabled guests. It has ramp access to all areas, wide doorway access to easily accommodate wheelchairs, bathrooms with fitted handrails and all rooms are on ground floor level.

Our Rates For 2009:

This luxury villa that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests in complete privacy is rented out in it's entirety to each booking.

The rate for the complete villa is R6000.00 per night & this includes the services of our wonderful full time Housekeeper (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays included).

Please note there is a 10 night minimum stay requirement.

Payment Terms

A 50% Deposit is required in order to confirm & secure your booking, by Bank Transfer.

The remaining Balance Of Stay Payment plus a R1000.00 Refundable Key/Breakage Deposit is payable 7 days before due your date of arrival, also by Bank Transfer. Amounts to be refunded from this deposit will be electronically refunded to you within 7 days of your date of departure.
